Credit Cards by Obama and Company

Boy, I’ve been reading about what our dear law makers have been up to with their new stupid rules for credit card companies. But the card companies are not as stupid as the politicians think they are, because before the new laws came into effect, they changed their own stupid rules. Now the people who are in debit are really paying for it. Stupid Rule No. 50 & 51
