Today I got set up with Linux. At this point I’m not going to say which distribution it is, but I have to say that I like it so far. I’ve still got some more things to set up, but I knew it was just getting it up and running on the Internet that was the important part.
I’ve got Kompozer, which should help me learn more about having external style sheets and that alone will help me revamp many of the older web-pages I have for the archives and special features I have in mind.
One thing I want to do is learn how to run more then one type of desktop/distribution on my machine, that is if it is possible and I’m pretty sure that it is. But for now, I think I’ve got the one that plugs into most of the hardware the easiest.
There is one thing I which I could do is: turn off this damn touch pad. I keep hitting it and messing up my content. Sure it’s my fault, but i just don’t see how people ever get used to them.
