Now that the Obama administration has decided to let the states take care of their own Marijuana laws, cities around the Bay Area have decide to come up with a tax for the wicked weed. I figure, why not because it’s doctors and the dispensaries that are cleaning up on the product that California produces the most of.
But the funny thing about this whole bit is that while Arnold and the state of California law makers are trying to decide whether to legalize Marijuana and tax it to recover some of the state’s tax revenue short falls, they are spending tax payer’s money in the way of paying agents to fly around in helicopters, (which suck fuel like crazy,) and raiding the fields and them burning up what could be a source of revenue for the state. Nothing like burning money and then complaining that you don’t have enough of it. (I’ve got to start cut and pasting – Stupid Rules # 50 & #51)
