While Arnold and the state of California law makers are trying to decide whether to legalize Marijuana and tax it to recover some of the stat’s tax revenue short falls, they are spending tax payer’s money in the way of paying agents to go out and raid the fields and them burn up what could be a source of revenue for the state.
